Had no problems with speaking to Tom minutes ago in regards to quote and email whom seemed very polite and respectful. On the other hand the idiot that decided to pick up the call second time round has just lost me as a customer due to his stink attitude and terrible customer service. I suggest if you are having a bad day do not bring your personal problems in to work.

Marble City provide a professional service at a good price. Our granite tops are of the highest quality and the finishing is superb. As part of our self-build project, we planned a large kitchen including a 2.1 metre island. Having looked at quite a few granite suppliers, we’re really pleased we chose Marble City to template, make and fit our granite tops. The whole process was smooth, efficient and surprisingly stress-free. We had an extremely professional, friendly team of fitters and the communication throughout was excellent.

Nothing but praise for all the staff at marble city and for the amazing choice of beautiful marble. It was a key design of my new kitchen as it was used for the 3.2m splashback and worktop as well as for the 2.1m island including the legs. Skilled team working well together to deliver their products on time, knowledgeable, highly professional, great service and care to provide the best product for you. A particular thank to Dustin who allowed me to use my imagination and made it happen - he understood what I ideally wanted, sourced the perfect Carrara marble, ensured it was measured, cut and fitted to perfection and not easy with a strong designed bookmark splashback. I cannot recommend enough Marble City for their fantastic service and products that have impressed everybody - friends who do not even like marble!, neighbours, builder, architect. Thank you

Marble City and more specifically it's manager Gavin Waldron have been a rock for me in a sea of other trades appearing and disappearing in my recent development. Having bought a porcelain slab tile which turned out to be so delicate virtually nothing could cut it, Gavin did not give up, using their water jet to cut it tiny bit by tiny bit. His fitters took amazing care. Larry, who fitted the tile, must have come to my flat no less than 6 times with a colleague and they laid the porcelain very delicately with utmost care. Gavin warned me not to have a normal tiler fit cut and template the 2400 x 1200 slabs and he was SO right. Whilst not cheap, my suggestion would be to use Marble City for these types of large format slabs. They were concerned, detailed, and took their time. Always turning up when they said they were going to. I could not have asked for more prompt replies from Gavin, who tolerated all my concerns and questions. Larry the fitter was always prompt arriving on time> I could not have asked , for more care taken. They allowed me to use cheaper porcelain from another shop but it made their job a lot harder. The combination of Gavin overseeing everything with such experience and Larry actually carrying out the job was perfect. Both men answered all my questions along the way. Amazing service and amazing repair and a very reasonable price. Gavin was extremely helpful and got us our of a jam in an emergency at short notice - our table looks perfect like it was never broken.

I am an architect. I requested a quote and a visit from Marble City, to have a chimney hearth and a kitchen worktop manufactured in Carrara marble. They were extremely professional both in terms of service and product. They have provided a quote, including options for different stones, based on my drawings within 5 working days. They came to visit and template on site. During the visit we even discussed technical solutions to access below the chimney hearth and agreed on a special drawer slider system. They gave me instructions on the support and installation. Finally, once we had coordinated the work, they were quick in returning with the finished product. The installation was a pleasure to assist to (I took pictures to share them on my Facebook page): with seamless joints and perfect 45degrees cuts.
